You sign a B2B contract with Sentia
The contract specifies the monthly payments, notice periods, employee benefits, and your rights to the produced intellectual property. We always tailor our contracts to your needs!

Your employee signs a work contract with Sentia
We know all the relevant regulations to make the immigration progress swift and flawless. The gross salary is a minimum of €3,827. Sentia does not work with offices in Russia and Belarus.

Sentia takes care of your employees
Sentia manages payroll, taxes, vacation, and sick leave benefits for your team members in Finland, ensuring complete compliance with Finnish labour laws. We bill your company monthly. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive health insurance to maintain a higher-than-average standard of living for your talent.
